The Storm Water Division provides inspections, maintenance, repairs, and construction services of the City’s storm sewer collection system. Our goal is to protect the citizens, property and the environment by improving water quality and minimizing flooding.
Here's a video explaining the dangers of placing the wrong liquids in our storm drains; it is intended to encourage everyone to follow the standards we've established here in College Park.
Services
• Annual Inlet box cleaning.
• Respond to all storm water service requests.
• Inspect city’s storm water systems for maintenance problems.
• Remove or cut vegetation in storm sewer.
• Remove silt (sand, mud, clay) and trash or other debris from storm sewer.
• Repair or replace storm pipe, structures, inlets, and head walls.
• Investigate Illicit Discharge into storm sewers, streams, and creeks.

To report a problem after office hours, and on weekends and holidays, contact the College Park Police Department office at (404) 761-3131 for Public Works emergency dispatch.

Disposal of Used Motor Oil
The citizens of College Park can drop off used motor oil in a secured container at Moody's Garage located at 3847 Conley Street for proper disposal by a certified mechanic.
