The City of College Park provides utility services to all business and residential customers in the City.
The Customer Service Department is responsible for:
- Accepting payments for various City functions such as property taxes, business licenses, inspections, etc.
- Answering customer inquiries
- Handling citizen issues with utility bills
- Activating new accounts for utilities and sanitation
