The mission of the Customer Service Department is to deliver "high-quality' service in a timely, feasible and effective manner, to exceed our customers' expectations through well-defined standards and training that support the City of College Park's values.

Customer Service Responsibilities
The City of College Park provides Electric, Water, Sewer, Storm Water and Sanitation collection services to the citizens within the "incorporated" limits of College Park.

The Customer Service Department is responsible for: 

Answering questions or refers customers to the appropriate person; Processes cash, check or debit card payments for utility accounts, business licenses, inspections, property taxes and all other miscellaneous items.

Establishing  new  utility  accounts;  makes  adjustments  and  payment agreements  for  utility accounts.

Gather proper data information for utility billing and meter reading to ensure efficiency.

In office : (Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.)  - We are located on the first floor of the City Hall Building at 3667 Main Street

Drive Thru-Window : (Open Monday - Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)The drive-thru window is located on the back of City Hall near the parking lot area

Drop Box : (24 hours/365) This box is located in the drive-thru; No change is rendered from this payment method
