Downtown Design Guidelines
College Park's progressive strategy toward developing a Tax Allocation District (TAD) in the city's downtown district has been clarified in numerous meetings between Economic Development leadership and potential developers, citizens and additional stakeholders.  A public presentation was held in December 2014 to a standing room only gathering in Council Chambers.  Economic Development staff has held additional scoping sessions leading up to a presentation before Mayor and Council during a workshop held March 16, 2015.  A new document entitled Redevelopment Study Area for Tax Allocation District was presented.
